Happy Black Friday

I hope everyone had a fabulous Thanksgiving!

Of course today was Black Friday. In all my 23 years I've never gone shopping on this day. I figured I would give it a go. My mom and I went out around a bit before 6 am. My biggest goal of the day was to go to Petsmart. They were having a 50% off sale on all holiday items. I have 5 dogs. This was a must! I got amazing buys. It was the best sale I went to all day.

We had to avoid some of the major areas because traffic was just a nightmare and getting in the stores were impossible. I was exhausted by 10 am. Ha. We stayed out until about 1pm and then I passed out.

So here was my black Friday look...I minimal smokey eye with matte Pink Pout lipstick.

Now here we have the E.L.F. eyeshadow palette I used for the look. I bought it a few days ago for $5 at Target. Check out all there products ladies.

And here we have a cute little Turkey Day picture of my boy and my pup. Cute aye?
Hope everyone has an enjoyable weekend!

A time for Thanks...

(I've got a lot of new products I want to blog about by E.L.F. , but I'm going to hold off for the moment. Ladies check your local Target if you want some good E.L.F. buys.)

Thanksgiving is upon us. Boy did it sneak up fast. I'm home with my family now, and the boy will be joining us tomorrow. I'm looking forward to the food and the parade. I want to take a little time to say a few words about what I'm thankful for. So hear goes...
I'm very thankful for my family, boyfriend, and close friends, my pets, and my health.
I'm so glad for all the time I'm able to spend with my family. My health has had many ups and downs in the past year and I'm thankful I've been doing better and I wish for many more years of good health for myself and loved ones. I'm so happy for all the silly, funny, and stinky moments I've shared with my 5 dogs. They get me through so much. I'm thankful for all the experiences I've been afforded in the past year regarding my art and hope for many more.

I would like to take some time to give Thanks to all of you and wish you Happy Thanksgiving. May God Bless you and yours.

Enjoy your turkey!

My Pout is Pink...

I've seen a few bloggers post about Revlon's Matte lipstick in Pink Pout and I had to give it a go. I really like matte lipstick. You just have to make sure your lips are in good condition because every little thing shows.

I put this on my pucker today and with one swipe I didn't notice much. I put another layer on and that's when the light pink color came through. This is a good choice if you don't want to do a nude lip but you still want to lighten things up. It wore well, and had no gross smell or taste. I've been very please with the Revlon Matte collection. A must try in my opinion.

ELF Cosmetics at Target

Has anyone noticed the E.L.F. Cosmetics have started popping up in Target. I noticed about 2 weeks ago. I went online to peruse what they have and found an eyeshadow palette that I have to have. It's only $5!

So ladies don't forget to check your local Targets. I think I might pop in tomorrow. Goodness knows there won't be anything there after Black Friday!

Goodnight!

How Crazy is this???

If you live in the state of South Carolina you know that biggest game of the season will be played this Saturday. I'm talking Carolina vs. Clemson. It's down here in Columbia this year. And of course it's an afternoon start. (Go Cocks!)

Would you like to know why it's an afternoon start?

One name, Miley Cyrus.

She is performing that evening at the Colonial Life Arena. Thus they moved the game time to the afternoon to accommodate her show. I seriously doubt many game goers were going to care about Miley Cyrus and her concert. It's caused quite a bit of commotion around here though. Just thinking that she could have an impact on football game times is insane!

Not only that but she has also made special arrangements with the Publix downtown near the arena. She called ahead and requested her own register, cashier and bagger reserved so she won't have to wait in line. So I'm saying this now. If you want to see Miley Cyrus head down to the Vista Publix in Columbia and hang. (All this info coming from an inside source.)

Just thought I would share the impact that Miley Cyrus has on our little world...

New Blog Header etc...

I finally decided I needed a fancy little blog header. Plus I was getting tired of looking at just the text. I put my degree to use and made a simple header that I think represents me pretty well. I would love to know what you all think.

Moving on. The weather here is getting a little more chilly. I hate it and love it at the same time. I love pulling out all my cute boots etc., but sometimes I hate putting on the long sleeves.

Now, I've got a few pictures to post. I'm not sure whether to post them all now or space them out. Hmmm. We shall see.

Here we have China Glaze Black Diamond. I really love this. Its a nice charcoal color.
I used up way more of the bottle than I intended however. I spilled it. EEEKKK. Thankfully it got on my arms for the most part. I did get some on my adorable slipper socks which was a bummer.
A pretty good dupe of this is Color Club's After Hours.

So is everyone ready for Turkey Day? I'm going home tomorrow to see the family. My boyfriend will also be coming for Thanksgiving. That's a first! I'm excited to eat good food and watch football.

Thanks for reading beauties!

All I want for Christmas and then some...

So I decided to work on a small Christmas list to help my family out. It seems like all I want is makeup etc. It's just hard narrowing down my choices.

Totally wanting this NYX Eyeshadow Palette. It's $25 and I hear the color pay off is pretty great.
http://www.nyxcosmetics.com/MPages/S104/Profile_S104.php

Next on my list is BareMinerals Beauty on the Go case. $28
http://bareescentuals.com/Beauty%20On-The-Go/43859,default,pd.html?start=24&cgid=BE_BRUSHES_TOOLS
All I use is bareMinerals when it comes to my face, and this would be perfect so I don't have to carry around my little pots and make a mess ha. I'm so glad our local malls have gotten the stores. No more shipping!

The next items I want I've heard great things about, and I've never owned a MAC product and would like to.
Mineralize Eye Shadow in Cinderfella, and Gilt by Association $19.50
http://www.maccosmetics.com/product/spp.tmpl?CATEGORY_ID=CAT154&PRODUCT_ID=781&SKU_ID=14774
MAC makes such great product and I would love to own a little piece. Hopefully somewhere nearby has these to shadows...

I'm also up in the air about a particular item. Not necessarily on my Christmas list, but the I need it list. I've never used Eyeshadow Primer before and lately I've been feeling the need for some. I'm just not sure where to turn. I've been looking at Urban Decay XL Primer Potion $22, Smashbox Photo Finish Lid Primer $20, and BareMinerals Prime Time Eyelid Primer $16. It's such a toss up. I want to be loyal to my BareMinerals but I've heard great things about the other two. What to do?

Moving on.

Anything Hello Kitty is on my Christmas list for sure. I adore it. My brother found these super cute shirts and jackets on Sear's website. Hopefully I'll get one. Hehe.

I'm also Team Edward and would love to have this cute shirt from Nordstroms:
http://shop.nordstrom.com/S/3054963/0~2378467~2378483~6025924~6025925?mediumthumbnail=Y&origin=category&searchtype=&pbo=6025925&P=1

I've been on the hunt for a boyfriend jacket and would love to have this one in black:
http://www.overstock.com/Clothing-Shoes/Necessary-Objects-Juniors-Boyfriend-Blazer/4138394/product.html

Oh and I guess the bigger thing I would love to have is a new HP laptop. Ahh. My laptop is currently trying to bite the dust and I'm in need of a new one...

These are really the only things that stand out to me for Christmas. At least for now. If I add anything I'm sure I'll edit it...

Goodnight beauties!

I feel so neglectful...

Ah, I feel like I haven't updated in forever. I suffered from a migraine early Thursday morning and that put me out of commission. It had been almost 2 years since my last one. I use to suffer from them on an almost weekly basis during childhood. They became more sporadic as I aged. Not a fun thing to deal with that's for sure.

I wish I had more things to post on the beauty front, but I haven't done any picture editing. Eek. I will have several nail polishes soon though.

Now for something fun. I'm a big Robert Pattinson fan and I found this cute site to make fun photos so to speak.

Peep it.

That's all for now beauties!

Sparkle...

I'm still having trouble with my Photoshop. Ugh. My computer doesn't really want to run anything anymore. I need a new laptop like woah!

Anywho, I did paint my nails a couple of days ago with CG's Emerald Sparkle. Such a beautiful color. I'm not a green person by any means and I love this. I'm a sucker for anything glittery. I could have had this opaque in 1 coat, but I was rushing so I went for 2 coats. I'm thinking this is going to be a perfect Christmas mani!

I don't know how many of you out there are Twilight fans, but I am to and extent. I own all of the books, but I've only read the first one. I also own the movie but have yet to watch it. Ha. As New Moon fever is here of course you see the cast on everything. I saw the Vanity Fair photo-shoot with Robert Pattinson and I seriously had to have this magazine! This was the first time it hit me that he was stunning. So, of course I snatched up the mag today. Then when I got home it proceeded to fall off the table and get the crap bent out of it right across his pretty face. Damn.
How many of you are going to see New Moon?

Goodnight!

My Gamecocks...

Today my South Carolina Gamecocks went down 24-14 against the #1 Florida Gators. Ouch. It was such a good game unfortunately the 4th quarter went down hill as soon as it began. It's hard to see such a talented group of guys play so hard and not be able to finish. If you know anything about Gamecock football I'm sure you've heard a lot of fans are ready to see Coach Steve Spurrier retire. Sometimes I don't think his coaching style really benefits the players of this era. As my friend Jamon said, "Positive attitude brings positive results... Being negative all the time gets you beat!!!" He played for 4 years under Spurrier and is currently the starting offensive tackle for the Buffalo Bills. We talked a little after the game. He would know better than anyone what goes on in Spurrier land, and what players just don't respond to. Anyway rough day for us Gamecocks. Off week next week, and then on to our final regular season game against our Rival Clemson. Let's hope for a win fellow Gamecocks...

I'm gonna plug Jamon. Check him out as the Bills take on the Titans tomorrow on CBS @ 1pm. I've know this guy since we were kids. He's a good man and talented football player.
http://www.buffalobills.com/team/roster/Jamon-Meredith/8b29ca87-351b-4534-8747-75d466ac29f9

And so this post isn't totally picture-less I'm pulling one out of the vault. Here is Jamon and myself at our Senior Prom many many moons ago. Don't hate... lol

Moving on. Hopefully I'll have some new pictures etc. up soon. Unfortunately my computer and I aren't getting along right now, and I can't edit them. Ahhh!

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Mini Haul

First off this post won't have any pictures. Eek. But hopefully I'll get some time to post later on this weekend.

My mom and I went to Sally's today and looked around. I was looking for a new basecoat for my nails and decided to pick up Seche Plus Fortified Strengthener. I was also on the hunt for CG's Emerald Sparkle. I looked everywhere and it was not to be found. Then bam I saw it sitting the the CG's Watermelon Rind spot. Only Emerald Sparkle in the store! I also got CG's Black Diamond and Glacier. My mom also picked up a pretty pink holo by Sally Girl. I can't recall the name but it looks similar to CG's Don't Be a Square.

Then we popped into Ross and I came upon some great stuff. The Color Club Dance to the Musique set for $7.99. I was pretty happy. I also got an E.L.F Smokey Eyes set.

I got a cute jacket, boots, and some great bras. All in all a successful trip. Hehe.

Keep a look out for pictures.

A new test subject...

Sorry for my somewhat absence. I'm home visiting family. Not much going on in my world, but hanging out with my 18 year old bro and our dogs.

I've even got unpolished nails. EEK!

I'm in the market for some new polishes. I like things on the darker side and glittery. Oh and a new base coat too...Any suggestions would be appreciated. =)

So as I said I've been hanging out with my brother a good bit and he reluctantly gave in and let me use my Clean and Clear Blackhead Eraser Cleansing Mask on him. I've reviewed this product on here already but I was curious to see how it would work on a guy.
He is quite lucky and has pretty great skin. It makes me jealous. He only gets a couple blackheads here and there. So I applied this mask on him and let it do its thing. The next day I noticed a difference in his skin. The one blackhead he had was practically gone.
So in my opinion this product is a must have for people who have stubborn little blackheads!

Peep out matching masks. He was such a good sport...

Rockstar Pink By Sally Hansen.
Sorry for the blurriness of the photo. My camera has been acting up lately. This is 3 coats. I love all the glitter. It's leaning to more of a purple than a pink. I would prefer if the main glitter was more hot pink. Ha but that's just me.

A little about me...

I decided I wanted to do a little more in depth post on myself. That way you all can get to know me a little better.

To start things off here are some fun facts:
  • I'm 23.
  • I have a boyfriend. We met in college, and have been together for over 4 1/2 years.
  • I'm obsessed with taking photos of my pets.
  • I love anything glittery, sparkly or shiny.
  • My favorite artist is Andy Warhol.
  • Everyone tells me I'm an old soul.
  • I love video games. Xbox gt: MissKatieisLove
  • I collect blankets, penguins, crabs, Hello Kitty and much more.
  • I have reactive airway disease. It sucks.
  • I'm on social networking sites way too much. (Facebook, Twitter, etc...)
  • My favorite music includes: Gavin DeGraw, Green River Ordinance, Lady Gaga, Maroon 5 and so much more.
  • I admire Marilyn Monroe on a level you wouldn't understand.
  • Gamecock baseball makes everything better.
  • I love, love, love going to concerts.
  • I watch Roseanne like it's my job.
  • I know people that play in the NFL, MLB, and NBA.
  • My dogs hate when I paint my nails. They would gladly throw me out of the house if they could while I was doing it.
  • I've dreamed of being famous since childhood. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed.

Here is my actual my bio that I created originally for my first art show. You can also find in on my website.

I'm a 2008 Graduate of The University of South Carolina. I have a BA in Studio Art with an emphasis on Printmaking. I love what I can do through my art. I had some amazing teachers guide me through my time at USC. James Busby, Jim Arendt, and Johnny Homewood gave me the tools to be my best, and they always believed in what I could and can do. They have made an everlasting impact on my life. Not only were they amazing teachers they are amazing artists.
My family is truly amazing, and I am so blessed that they support what I do. My dog, Baron, was one of my best friends. He passed away on October 6,2007 at the age of 13. He was my muse and inspired me to do some of my best work. I also have 5 other dogs in my life that inspire me everyday.
I have an obsession with bright color. And I've been experimenting with it in more recent work. I also enjoy following my dogs or any animal around for that matter to take a beautiful photograph, and I do it quite often. Aside from art I enjoy music. Gavin DeGraw is a favorite of mine. I love baseball. A baseball field is one place I can go to clear my head and enjoy my passion for the game.

I hope you enjoyed that.

*Please know that since I'm an artist I do have pieces for sale on a regular basis. I also will do commission/custom pieces. If that is something of interest to you or someone you might know please pass it on, and check out my website. Click the pictures on the side panel and you will be directed to my site.

Quick Question?

I saw a photo on Stephscloset.com of Maybelline Colorama Blazes of Crystal Nail polish. It's a laser lights top coat. They use to carry Colorama polishes in my area a couple of years ago, but I have a hard time finding them now. Anyone know where I might be able to pick up this gorgeous topcoat?

Hello Kitty...

Hi ladies! I'm fighting an awful headache behind my right eye. I can't seem to shake it. No fun.

I have a slight obsession with Hello Kitty. I have ever since I discovered the Sanrio store in the Mall as a child. I originally collected POCHACCO the dog merch, but alas they don't make things with him on it anymore.

Anyhow, I went to Target with the boyfriend a couple of days ago and found the $1 bins were full of different Hello Kitty items. I was excited. I think my bf thought I was crazy. I picked up a few things for $5.

Peep the items:

I was also inspired to do a little nail art yesterday. I've never really done any before so I figured I could give it a try. I snatched a small paint brush from my art supplies pulled out some nail polish and went to town. Here is my creation. Hello Kitty of course. Sorry the pic is a bit blurry, but I've been having a problem with that lately.

Do you like Hello Kitty? What do you collect?

Touching on some things and a NEW mani...

I kid you not I was up around 7:30 am and only had about 2 hours of sleep. I've been so upset about the issues I've written about it previous blogs that my IBS is acting up and I couldn't sleep. It's frustrating when people don't realize what they do is wrong. It's almost like they have a naive childish view on things -Oh my I didn't know you were so serious about these things. No, duh I have a BA in Studio Art and I take anything that belongs to myself or my boyfriend (He has an Associates in Graphic Design and BA in Media Arts) very seriously. If you take it and push it off as your own and don't give credit where credit is due that is a problem. You need to grow up and realize things like this can and will come back to bite you in the ass. What's worse is said person must think I'm an idiot. Ugh. I am moving forward because things will not be resolved as you are to childish to realize the issue.

Needless to say I spent the entire day playing with nail polish. Haha. I swear I gave myself 3 different manicures before I settled on what I was wearing now.

Here it is. Hard Candy's The End with 2 layers of CG's Fairy Dust on top. Ah love. I'm not sure why I had never done it before.

Jasmine La Belle Cosmetics

Last night I was in TJ Maxx looking through all of the beauty products when I came across a nice little 100 pc. cosmetic palette for $10 bucks for the second time. I decided to scoop it up because there were very few left since the last time I was there (which was last week.) The company name is Jasmine La Belle. I've been hard pressed to find much info on them. If anyone knows much about them let me know.

Anyhow the palette contains 72 eyeshadows and 24 lip glosses, 2 applicators, and 2 lip brushes.
The eyeshadow comes with a lot of variety so I figured I would put it to good use. Some are more shimmery and light while others are highly pigmented. Pretty collection.

Peep it.

An Annoyance Part 2

Ok, again I need to rant about what went along with the previous post.

My boyfriend posted all the photographs on Facebook that he took on Halloween. I then noticed tonight said "friend" started to post more of his pictures. I got annoyed. I mean come on they aren't yours!

I emailed her boyfriend because I don't know her as well and figured speaking to him would be the best way to go. He said this: We didn't realize it was a big deal and Chris never said for us not to post them either. Were not trying to steal his work or nothing. Trust me I know how serious he is when he took pics of my car.

Just because my boyfriend didn't say not to post his work/photos doesn't mean you should. Again they aren't yours. My boyfriend didn't think she was going to do that. Duh.

I don't want to cause problems with my boyfriend and his friend, but I feel that's just not right. I've had work/pieces/ideas stolen from me and passed off as that person's work when I know in fact they were not the original creators (Screw you USC Graphic Design.) So that's why it bothers me.

*Edit* She decided to un-tag me from 2 of the photos that my boyfriend put up. Apparently that was her way of solving the problem. Grow up and take the photos down, it's that simple.
I try not to watermark everything I put on Facebook, but if people like her think it's OK to post photographs that belong to another person without credit then I'm going to have to think again.

I need some opinions. What do you gals think?

An annoyance

I need to vent. You can skip this entry if you like. Haha.

My boyfriend is the owner of a Canon 50D camera. (He is a freelance photographer ergo the high end camera) Anyway he was the "camera man" so to speak at the Halloween party we attended over the weekend. He wanted to upload pictures to Facebook but was having computer issues and had yet to do so. Last night I noticed my boyfriend was tagged in a picture that was added just last night to an already existing photo album. Said "friend" posted about 2 pages of pictures that did not belong to her, they were my boyfriends. Obviously I knew because I had all of the pictures on my computer. I got upset. She did not credit him or anything. I was also confused as to how she got them. She also was picking and choosing what to post and neglect to post anything I was in. Hmm. Honestly I don't think she cares for me, but that's another story.
Today I found out the my boyfriend gave a copy of the pictures to her boyfriend. (They are good friends) He just wanted to have them and she was NOT to post them, because duh they weren't her's to begin with. Her boyfriend didn't know that she had done that and was going to have a talk with her.
With all this said. If you have pictures you didn't take and post them as your own that is messed up. Especially when others know they aren't yours. Unless you have consent to post pictures that don't belong to you or you can give credit where credit is do you should not post photos period!!

I'm sorry that just really irked me.

Moving on...

Burt's Bees

I've used Burt's Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Creme on and off for a while. I had a small travel size one over the summer but managed to loose it. I'd been meaning to pick up more and I finally did today. With the weather getting cooler my cuticles have been getting extremely dry, and they needed help.

I love this creme. It has a nice lemon smell. Nothing overpowering by any means. My pups want to eat my toes when I put it on lol. It's very moisturizing and if I use it every night like I should my cuticles on my toes and fingers stay so much softer!

Check it out here! I highly recommend it. And of course it gets great reviews!

http://www.burtsbees.com/natural-products/body-hands-feet-hand-moisturizers/lemon-butter-cuticle-creme.html

Starstruck

I forgot to share this tidbit of information I had been meaning to write about. About a week and a half ago I spent time with my Aunt. Of course when I told her what I was going to be for Halloween she thought it was awesome. I was a little surprised she knew who Gaga was. Then she told me this gem. My Aunt is good friends with Lady Gaga's assistant (and the said assistants mother). Ahhh. Amazing right? My Aunt told me that she loves being Gaga's assistant and that Gaga really is amazing.
Who knows maybe meeting Gaga could be in my future. That would be AMAZING!

Did anyone catch Lady Gaga on It's on with Alexa Chung? It was great.

And don't forget The Fame Monster out 11-23-09.

Polish Stash...

I decided to go through all my polish today. Then I took some photos of my stash. My polish collection has grown quite a bit in the past 6 months or so. My nail polish style has also changed a good bit as well.

Peep the stash.

We all love giveaways!

The Polka-Dotted Apple is having a giveaway. You all should check it out. It is a wonderful one. Click the following link to check it out.

http://makeuploveforever.blogspot.com/2009/10/polka-dotted-apples-first-giveaway.html

Here are the answers to her questions!
  • What is your most prized possession? I'm not sure if your pets are considered a possession. I guess since you own them they could be. They are the lights of my life and I wouldn't be anywhere without them. They inspire me daily and I love them with all of my heart.
  • What is your definition of beauty? As they say beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I feel beauty comes from within. Your heart, kindness, loving nature, and substance make a beautiful person. Physical beauty may be a plus but you can't get by on it forever.
  • What makeup item (Brand and name of product) would you recommend to me? I'm in love with Hard Candy's Balm Girls tinted lip balm. It gives a hit of color and is very moisturizing.
  • What is your favorite KIND of makeup item and why? I love playing with eyeshadows. There are so many things you do with it and many looks to create. I love being able to play up my eyes.
  • A weird factoid about you. :B I collect blankets and throws. For some reason I can never have enough of them.
  • What is the fondest memory of your childhood? The day I got my first dog. He lived for 13 years and shaped my life in a way most can't imagine.
  • Describe yourself honestly. I'm very quirky and I have a random sense of humor. I'm artistic and I'm always thinking of my next great art piece. I tend to be shy around most people. Once you get to know me that changes dramatically. I tend to get my feelings hurt easily and I bottle up anger. All of that said I'm girly, artistc, and silly.
  • Tell me something I could do to improve my blog. I can't really say. You've got your blog on point. The pictures and reviews are fantastic!
Yay for giveaways! Good luck!

Don't you love pictures?

As I mentioned in an earlier post it was my little man Ethan's birthday. Well, I finally got a few of the pictures from my boyfriend and they are too great not to post.

So, here we go!

My boyfriend and I.Courtesy of Chris D.

Thanks for reading/looking!

A soapy mess...

I found this quite funny and felt the need to share. Tonight my boyfriend was going to run the dishwasher however we were out of detergent for it. So instead he just puts in dish-washing liquid. He walks back in the kitchen to check on dinner and there are soap bubbles gushing out of the dishwasher. It was so funny. I have honestly never seen something like that happen before in real life. Are pups had to investigate as well. To cute.

Peep the pics.

Nail fun.

I've had my Halloween mani on for about 4 days. It was holding up wonderfully, but I wanted to change it up.

First off I tried out the marbling technique. I've never done it before and this is what I came up with.
Pinky finger- CG Lubu Heels, Essie's Bordeaux, CC Oooooo La La
Ring Finger- CC Oooooo La La, CG OMG
Middle Finger- CG Shocking Pink, CC Oooooo La La
Index Finger- Hard Candy The End, CC Oooooo La La
Thumb- CG Lubu Heels, CC Oooooo La La

Not the greatest picture quality, but you get the idea.

Now, for my current mani. I used Orly's Goth as a base, I then layerd CG's Lubu Heels over that, and then a layer of CC's Art of Seduction for extra sparkle. Top coated with Barielle Ultra Speed Dry Manicure extender.

Enjoy!

More DSK Prettiness!

Last week DSK Jewelry was having a sale on her Checkerboard earrings. I've been waiting for some of these and at $10 I couldn't pass it up.
They came today I jumped around in excitement. I love this girl and all her beautiful jewelry! A big thanks to Steph at DSK. You are awesome!

P.S. Even the boyfriend thought they were awesome!

I'm a proud Auntie

Yesterday we celebrated the 1st birthday of my darling little Ethan. Ethan belongs to our dear friends Kim and Alex. My boyfriend has known Kim for over 10 years. They are very close.
Last year Ethan was born and we got to the Hospital as soon as we could. He was born a little early and had to stay a few extra days. He thrived and grew, and now he's a year old!
Happy Birthday to my little booger!

Without further ado here are a few pictures from the evening.

Myself and my darling Ethan.

Cake time!

He's standing. Walking is just around the corner!
Myself and a puppy. Haha. Just thought I would throw that in there.
Hope you enjoyed the pictures. Thanks for reading. I think I may be nail polish experimenting today. Be on the look out.

Happy Monday!

I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend/Halloween. It was such a busy weekend for me and I'll cover it in two posts more than likely. First I would like to introduce you to my lovely alter ego Lady Gaga.
I have a few more images I will add later. They are on the boyfriends camera and he has yet to upload them. Some of those are a lot better.
Needless to say I had a blast being Lady Gaga. People took pictures with me and I signed autographs haha. People actually only called me Ms. Gaga the whole night. I never heard my real name once. It was quite hilarious.

This picture is pre-wig. And lots of eye makeup. I used Hard Candy baked shadow. Some L'oreal pigments, L'oreal Hip Color Truth Cream Eyeliner, and some thick false lashes.
And here we have Ms. Gaga.
I was extremely pleased with my costume. This is the picture I modeled it after. I bought the leotard and scarf from American Apparel. The fishnets from TJ Max. I owned everything else.
On Sunday it seemed like everyone and their brother knew I had been Lady Gaga and thought I looked just like her. I thought that was funny. My boyfriend told me even his coworkers that I don't know were finding pictures of me via Facebook and talking about it. Crazy.

Gaga out.
