Mummy May I

I picked up one polish from the China Glaze Awakening Collection. Mummy May I. There was just something about it. Deep purple glitter goodness. I was excited.
Although this color is a beauty it gave me heck with application. It was very thick and gloopy. I used two coats and it dried to a satin like finish and it was very bumpy. I used Orly Polishield as a top coat. It gave it some shine, but the finish was as still uneven. Ugh. Aside from application I do really adore the color. Vampy and fall like. I think I'll put some thinner in it next time I use it to see if it will ease the application issues.

Galaxy Girl

Orly's Galaxy Girl is on my nails today. It's from the Cosmic FX Collection, but most of you know that by now. This and Space Cadet were the 2 polishes that caught my eye out of this collection. I haven't put my hands on Space Cadet yet as it was out of stock just about everywhere. I'll find it eventually.
Galaxy Girl is such a nice fall color. It reminds me of a bruise. Haha. I love it. It's fun to watching it shimmer and change in various lighting.

Here are a few indoor shots and a couple outdoor. For some reason my camera had a difficult time focusing on the nail. Frustrating.

Hauls and things...

I made hauls. I took pictures. I shouldn't spend any more money.

This is my dog. She is a model. I would buy nail polish from her if she sold it. There is Galaxy Girl sitting my her foot along with a baby Orly.

Today is the last day of Pet Appreciation Month.

With that I would like to share with you the little furry loves of my life.

Baron and BG are no longer with us. Baron was my first dog. Gah he was amazing. And BG she was just darn beautiful.

My boyfriend and I adopted Penny and Gracie together. They are our furbabies.

Dixie was Baron's friend. We took her in when her family moved. I love her so much. I adore the way her face lights up when she sees me.
Gravel is a crazy little doxie we got a little over 2 years ago.
Cookie is the newest addition to our family. We adopted her from the animal shelter.

So here's to all my wonderful pets. You have all shaped my life in wonderful ways. I'm so thankful to have been blessed with beautiful, smart, kind, loving dogs.

Ramble

I randomly saw this display in my local Walmart. I really haven't kept up on the collections from Nicole by OPI so this was a surprise to me. I'm sure I'm a couple of months late on it possibly. I reorganized the display just to take the picture. They were all scattered about. Very OCD of me, I know. I picked up one of them, Now I can't find it lol. Will swatch later.


In other news I put in an order at TransDesign for the CG Fight Like a Woman collection. I also picked up a few other things that I wanted/needed. I'm just glad they are close by so I should have my order on Wednesday.
I also ordered my Viva la glam Cyndi and Gaga lipglasses. Very excited about those.

I had a migraine on Sunday which took me out of commission until sometime tonight. Not fun. I've had migraines since childhood. They use to be extremely frequent and as I got older they lessened. Now they just seems to strike out of the blue a few times a year. I'm still feeling a bit off. Hopefully that will get better.

I really need a pedicure...

Lemming...

I have a very small list of beauty products and polish lemmings. Now, I have to add Butter London's All Hail McQueen to my list. I'm not sure why, but this color just strikes me as something I should have. I just realized Ulta started carrying Butter London online, so I may pop into to my Ulta and see if it's there by chance.
