My RBL Order has Arrived!

Very excited to say my first RBL polishes have arrived. I can't wait to start using them. They are just as beautiful as I thought they would be. Even my Dad thought a couple of them were cool. Then he told me I had a lot of polish and needed a new way to store it. LOL! I couldn't agree more. He's so accepting of my nail polish addiction.
Here is a picture of what I ordered. Not the best shot since I didn't have great lighting, but hey there they are. (Scrangie, Square Pants, Plie, Black Russian, and Under The Stars)

Check out the GE Ecomagination Photo Project

I thought this was interesting and worth blogging about. The GE Ecomagination Photo Project allows you to upload photos representing Wind, Light, and Water, by doing so you will help build fresh water wells, donate solar powered lanterns, and build small-scale wind turbines for areas in need.

Get Naked

Finally, it's mine. The Naked palette that is. It sold out in my area, so I was on the waiting list at Urban Decay. Last week I got the email that said I had 48 hours to snatch it up if I still wanted it. You bet your arse I did. The shipping was super quick to. That was nice.
I remember swatching the colors on my hand from the Try It palette at Ulta, and loved it. So I'm glad it's finally mine.
I'm not wearing much makeup right now, but when I get better I can't wait to use it. I took some pictures of my order. No swatches yet, because I haven't had good lighting.

Rescue Beauty Lounge Sale etc...

Today is the Rescue Beauty Lounge 50% off sale. It's from 11am to 4pm. I was on the website at 11 and completed my order by 11:11am. Haha.
So what did I get? Here is the list: Black Russian, Under the Stars, Plie, Square Pants, and Scrangie.
These will be my first RBL polishes. Very exciting, and the sale is a great way to dip my fingers in.

In other news, I have a Cat-scan scheduled for tomorrow. Hopefully all will go well. I have and Echocardiagram on Wednesday morning. Just praying to get through all this, find answers, and get better.

I've been feeling very unwell, but I wanted to wish everyone a Happy Halloween!

Glimmering Grey

So I had an appointment with a Neurologist on Tuesday. It was strange and I had mixed feelings about the visit. They didn't want to run any tests which seemed strange to us. There really wasn't a diagnosis from what I understood, and they put me on Lyrica. I just don't know. I feel like some tests should be run (MRI, Catscan) something, otherwise how can you rule things out. The majority of the time I don't feel well and experience all kinds of strange pains, pressures and spasms in my head, body, and eyes. Not to mention I get weak, fatigued and have random moments of shaking.
My Family Doctor just happened to call me, and set up an Echocardiagram for me for next week. That was the soonest it could be scheduled. They want to make sure everything is working properly since I've been having high heart rate issues. (That's why I was in the hospital along with dehydration. They dehydration made it worse.) I'm glad this is happening, I pray that everything is working properly and they figure things out.

As I sad in my last post I did paint my toenails before my doctor's appointment. Even though I didn't feel well I thought it could be a nice pick me up. I used Rimmel's Steel Grey and Nicole by OPI in Pitch Black Glimmer over top. I loved it. I smile when I look at my toes. That's a good thing. I managed to take a picture or two. So beware here are some toes!

 I thought this was cute. My pup had his leg stretched out while he was sleeping on my foot.

Here's another shot of it. My toes look kind of chunky. They don't look that way IRL.

But you get the idea of the polish combo. Too bad I couldn't pick up all the sparkle.
