I finally did it. I bought American Apparel Polish.

After hearing such great things about the American Apparel Polish I finally decided to go check it out for myself. It was so hard to decide what to get. I was originally only going to get 1 ($6), but I got 3 since it was 3 for $15. Made sense hehe.

So here are a couple of pics of the ones I picked up. Looking forward to using them!

Here is my current mani. It's OPI Russian Navy Suede, but I put a top coat on it so I could get a bit more longevity in the wear department.

That's all for now.

I'm Raging

So I was browsing by Also Known As the other day when she did a post on Orly's Rage. I fell in love with the color and had to have it.

It's a mix of copper and silver and it looks great with my skin tone. I also decided to add a silver hologram heart on my thumb for some more pizazz. Love it! This is two coats. With a base of Orly Bonder and topped with Won't Chip.

Enjoy!

Absolutely Royal...

I finally wore the this amazing polish on my boyfriend's 27th Birthday yesterday.(It was also one of our dog's Birthday as well. Penny is 4!) I'm still wearing it. It's so beautiful. What am I talking about? Royal Navy by Orly.

I originally picked this up at Ulta with my Daddy. He thought it was cool. So if my Daddy thinks it's cool then it really must be!

It's a beautiful blue shade with aqua sparkle. I used two coats in the following photos, with Orly's Bonder as a base, and In a Snap top coat.

Enjoy the pretty!

Until later xoxo!

Think Queen...We Are the Champions!

A week ago today my South Carolina Gamecock baseball team would be preparing to play their second game of the CWS Championship series against UCLA.

All of us kept thinking would it be amazing if we won this thing. Nearing midnight in the bottom of the 11th inning. Whit Merrifield got the winning hit scoring my buddy Scott Wingo and we WON!

We are the 2010 CWS National Champions!!!

This is the first major Championship for my University. And I still get chills thinking about it.

The team came back from Omaha on (last) Wednesday and we welcomed them home. Thursday the Governor declared it Gamecock Baseball National Champions Day. Friday the city of Columbia held a parade in their honor. The team received the Key to the City. The Mayor also declared it Ray Tanner and Gamecock Baseball Day. (I stood behind the team during the presentation after the parade.)

This has been so surreal and amazing. I'm so proud of my team/friends. Congratulations guys! GO COCKS!

(I also love that now my entire summer wardrobe will be National Championship apparel =D)

If you want to see my videos from the celebrations check out my YouTube page: http://www.youtube.com/user/MissKatieisLove
